And it was pretty damn fun. And I never knew a mosh pit could come together so quickly in a movie theater, but hey, it’s Vox Lumiere Metropolis and as this lovely gentleman said…

“I felt like I was baptized.”

Yeah, coming to the show is a lot like getting baptized, except you don’t have to get wet. Unless you want to, then Jeff just asks that you keep it away from his guitar amp, cuz he really likes this one and he’s sick and tired of filling them with rice to try and dry it off (and that never works anyway) and then replacing all the vintage tubes which is really expensive.

Or you’ve got the folks that always show up for this…

I don’t know how that rumor got started (although I have my suspicions). Victoria has only ever had that one “costume malfunction” and she was really only “naked” for a few seconds. Then the video started showing up all over social media and the rumors just persisted. Please know that there is only ever the occasional naked lady in any Vox Lumiere show and that’s only available with the Platinum VIP package.🤖

So yeah, our dates for Vox Lumiere Metropolis were epic. The mosh pit was raging, we had a blast and the audience did too. Singing along, busting some righteous moves in rows 6 through 14 and… the standing ovations were truly very nice and much appreciated.

We’re just gonna work with the theaters getting the lights on sooner so we can all bask in the limelight of that a little longer.
